Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Agile Coach for our client based in Ghent, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our client offers network solutions for electricity, natural gas, heating and public lighting. The company also plays an important social role in achieving climate objectives, combating energy poverty and the independent management of energy data.

Your New role:-

In function of further embedding and growth in maturity of our agile teams, we are looking for an enthusiastic agile coach.

In addition to your daily interaction with the employees within the departments involved, you will report to the sponsors of the initiative and coordinate with the Agile Coaching Team, in order to keep the way of working in line with what is set up at company level.

Your role encompasses both the coaching of the employees in the field and the support of the managers at the various levels (from head of department to director) with the elaboration of a solid Agile vision.

Technical context

Demonstrable experience with agile transition processes in a business context (3.00 years) Demonstrable experience with Support Product Owners (3.00 years)

Demonstrated experience with Support Scrum Masters (3.00 years)

General skills selected:

Good communicator, convincing information to communicate at all levels is essential

Demonstrable experience with resistance management at all levels (3.00 years)

Demonstrable experience with stacker management

Affinity with technical engineering environment

General skills selected:

Language: Dutch
