Digital Content Management

6 Month Contract, North Sydney

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

FinXL are looking to engage a Business Architect (Digital Content Management) for business and consulting services for one of our high-profile clients on an initial six (6) month engagement.

This role will require broad digital experience across Document Management, Digital Content Migration, SharePoint platform, portals, search engine optimisation, and analytics. This role will require an Architect that can think strategically and understands how it all pieces together.

Develop Digital Content Management business architecture by considering the enterprise broader business perspective of digital content generation, storage, usage, and archival/destruction.

Support program manager and portfolio manager to align digital content management approach to achieve National Records management and archival guidelines and principles.

Support stakeholder engagement activities to enable digital content related new initiatives acceptance within the business.

Participate to develop Business Digital Content Management business strategy.

Define Forensic requirements to maintain and manage digital content.

Continuous improvement mode: Working with stakeholders to define problem statement, analyse root causes and develop requirements leading to solution implementations

Support portfolio manager/program manager to formulate new digital content management-related initiatives

Integrated with IT digital content architects to ensure IT solutions and IT investment aligns towards business architecture

Research new business alternatives to manage digital content.

Essential Criteria:

Experience developing strategic roadmaps and technology reference architectures digital content collaboration.

Demonstrated experience in developing and communicating technical standards, policies and guidelines for digital content management.

Experience in defining digital capabilities and their value to the business in organisations across content-centric web applications, transactional web portals, mobile apps, and other customer contact platforms.

Experience with digital technologies and design patterns used to deliver next generation enterprise digital content.

Practical experience of successful Digital initiatives, especially Digital transformation programs.

Demonstrable experience in producing end to end solution architecture encompassing functional, application, data, integration and large, transactional, enterprise class systems

Practical working experience with Cloud services and their integration with enterprise applications

Be able to provide insight into digital trends and their application within National Records Management

Ability to sell technology concepts to business people with a focus on business value and benefits

Ability to provide business and technical leadership and negotiate outcomes with other stakeholders

Excellent facilitation, documentation and communication skills
